Affiliate terms

The rules of the program, in plain language. By joining you agree to them.

Who can join

  • Anyone with a CandleOdds account can join. A free account is enough.
  • You pick a handle, which becomes your link: candleodds.com/r/your-handle.
  • You choose where you get paid: your own CandleOdds wallet, or another Polygon address you enter.

What you earn

  • You earn 30% of what each member you refer pays for their CandleOdds membership (Pro or Auto, monthly or yearly, by card or with crypto), not counting tax.
  • You earn on their payments for 12 months, counted from their first payment. Payments after that earn nothing.
  • Only membership payments count. Tips and trading fees don't.
  • We may agree a different rate with you. A new rate applies to payments made after the change, never to earlier ones.

How a member becomes yours

  • Someone opens your link. We remember it on their device for 30 days.
  • If they open another affiliate's link later, the latest link is the one that counts.
  • When they create their CandleOdds account, they are tied to you for good.
  • You can't refer yourself: not your own account, not another account with your email or your wallet. A payment made from your payout wallet earns nothing.

When you get paid

  • Each commission waits 30 days (in case of a refund), then becomes payable.
  • Payouts are sent once a month, once you have at least $50 payable.
  • Payouts are sent in pUSD on the Polygon network: the dollar token your CandleOdds balance is held in, backed 1:1 by USDC. In your CandleOdds wallet it arrives as balance, which you can withdraw as USDC.
  • If a member is refunded or disputes the charge before you are paid, that commission is cancelled. If it happens after you were paid, the amount comes off your future earnings.

What you must not do

  • Don't promise profits or guaranteed returns. Trading involves risk, and people can lose money.
  • Don't spam: no unwanted emails, messages or comments.
  • Don't bid on "CandleOdds", or misspellings of it, in search or social ads.
  • Don't pretend to be CandleOdds or say we endorse you.
  • Say that you earn a commission when you share your link, where the law or the platform asks for it.

If the rules are broken

  • We can cancel commissions that break these rules, and suspend or close an affiliate account.
  • We can change or end the program. Commissions already payable when we do are still paid.
