CandleOdds is a brand operated by its founders. Contact: hello@candleodds.com.

These terms apply when you use candleodds.com, the CandleOdds app, its signals, its alerts and its automated trading features ("Auto"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, together with the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

CandleOdds is software. It shows signals for 15-minute BTC and ETH markets on Polymarket and lets you place trades on those markets from your own wallet.

You configure and control the bot; CandleOdds provides software that executes your settings. Trading involves risk of loss. Not financial advice.

• CandleOdds is an independent app built on Polymarket's Builder Program. It is not operated or endorsed by Polymarket.
• CandleOdds is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, a bank or a custodian. We don't hold your money and we don't trade for our own account against you.
• Signals are general information produced by a model. They are not personal recommendations and take no account of your circumstances.
• Trades are executed and settled by Polymarket and the Polygon blockchain under their own terms, which also apply to you.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be in, or a resident of, a country or region where Polymarket or CandleOdds is not available, or where using them is against the law. We check location and block restricted regions; you must not use a VPN or any other means to get around that.
• You must not be subject to sanctions, and you must not use the service for anyone who is.
• You are responsible for checking that using CandleOdds and Polymarket is lawful where you live, and for any taxes on your trading.

You log in with your email. A wallet is created for you by Privy, our wallet provider. The wallet and the money in it are yours. CandleOdds is non-custodial: we cannot withdraw or move your funds, and we never see your private key.

• Keep your email account secure. Anyone who can read your email can log in as you.
• Never share your private key, seed phrase or login code. Nobody from CandleOdds will ever ask for them.
• If you export your private key, you alone are responsible for keeping it safe. We cannot recover funds lost through a leaked or lost key.
• Tell us straight away at hello@candleodds.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

• Every trade you place by tapping TAKE is approved by your own wallet and sent to Polymarket. Once an order is matched it cannot be undone.
• Prices move quickly. The price you get can differ from the price shown, and an order may be filled in part or not at all.
• The app shows the fees that apply before you confirm. Polymarket charges its own fees, and CandleOdds receives a builder fee through Polymarket on orders placed with the app.
• Deposits and withdrawals move through blockchains and third-party bridges. They can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, and a transfer sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network may be lost for good.

Auto places trades on the TAKE signals for you, without asking you each time. It comes in two forms:

• Hosted Auto: CandleOdds runs the bot. When you turn it on, you add CandleOdds as a limited signer on your wallet. That permission lets us sign buy orders on Polymarket's exchanges for you, within the limits you set. It does not let us withdraw, transfer or move your money, or see or export your key. You can turn it off at any time, which stops the bot and removes the permission.
• Self-hosted Auto: you run the bot on your own hosting account, with your own key. You are responsible for that account, its cost, its security and the key you put there.

You choose whether to use Auto and you set its limits, such as the stake per trade, the daily loss limit, the number of trades a day and the coins. The bot follows the signals and your settings; it does not use judgement about your situation, and it can lose money on every trade it places.

We may pause or stop Auto for you or for everyone, without notice, if we see a fault, a security concern, a change at Polymarket or Privy, or a breach of these terms. We are not liable for trades that were not placed while it was stopped.

Auto can also stop or miss trades by itself, for example when a provider is unavailable, when your balance is too low, or when a safety limit is reached. Check your account regularly; do not rely on Auto running without interruption.

• Some features need a paid membership (Pro or Auto). The price and what each tier includes are shown before you pay.
• Card payments are handled by Whop under Whop's terms. Renewal, cancellation and refunds for card payments follow the rules shown at checkout.
• You can also pay from your CandleOdds balance in crypto, for a fixed period of 1, 3 or 12 months at the price shown when you pay. That payment is a transfer you sign from your own wallet. The period starts when the payment is confirmed (or, if you extend, when your current period ends) and ends on the date shown. It does not renew by itself and nothing is charged again; we remind you before it ends. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• A payment in crypto cannot be reversed. Payments are non-refundable once the paid period has started, except where the law requires otherwise.
• A membership gives access to software features. It is not a share in any trading result, and no result is promised.
• Optional tips are voluntary payments to support CandleOdds. They buy nothing and are not refundable.
• If a membership ends, paid features stop. Your account, your wallet and your money stay yours and you can still log in and withdraw.

• Use the service from a restricted region, or hide your location.
• Use the service for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation or anything unlawful.
• Share your account, resell the signals, or copy, scrape or redistribute them without our written permission.
• Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other members.
• Use bugs or errors to your advantage instead of reporting them.

We may suspend or close your access if you break these rules. That never affects your ownership of your wallet or the money in it.

The app, the signals, the track record and the CandleOdds name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal trading only.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that signals will be right or profitable, that the track record will continue, or that the app, alerts, Auto, Polymarket, Privy, the blockchain or any other provider will be available or free of errors at any moment.

Past results do not guarantee future results.

To the fullest extent the law allows, CandleOdds is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, or losses caused by market moves, by third parties (including Polymarket, Privy, Whop, hosting providers, bridges and blockchains), by your own settings, by loss of your key or email account, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

You can stop using CandleOdds at any time. Turn off Auto, cancel any membership and withdraw your funds; ask us at hello@candleodds.com if you want your account data deleted (see the Privacy Policy).

We can end or suspend the service, or your access to it, at any time. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice and time to withdraw.

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes go to the courts of [venue], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
